This website is operated by HB Photography. By accessing or purchasing from our site you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
Please read them carefully before ordering. If you do not agree, please do not use this site.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time by posting a new version on this page. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2 PRODUCTS

All artworks sold on this site are framed photographic prints.
Prints are produced and framed by Framefox (Australia) and are made-to-order to your selected size and frame colour.
Framing options include black, white, oak, hazel and chocolate solid-timber frames with an 8 cm mat board.

Because every piece is individually printed and framed, minor variations in colour, cropping, mat tone or timber grain may occur.
Colours shown on-screen can differ slightly from the final print due to device calibration and lighting.

3 LEAD TIMES

Each order is produced specifically for you.
Typical turnaround: 4 – 6 weeks from payment to dispatch.
During peak periods or public holidays, production times may be longer.
You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been shipped.

4 ORDERING & PAYMENT

Prices are listed in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST.
We reserve the right to correct pricing errors before or after an order is placed; if a correction occurs after payment, you may cancel for a full refund.
Payment is processed securely through Squarespace’s payment providers at the time of checkout.

5 SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Deliveries are handled by reputable courier partners. Parcels do not require a signature.
If no one is home, the courier may leave your parcel in a safe location at their discretion.
Once an order is marked “Delivered” by the carrier, responsibility for the goods passes to you.

Loss or delay — If your order has not arrived within the carrier’s stated timeframe, please contact us at info@hbphotography.au. We will investigate and, if confirmed lost, arrange a replacement or refund.
Damage on arrival — Inspect your delivery promptly. Notify us in writing within 24 hours of receipt and include clear photos of the packaging and artwork. We’ll organise collection and a replacement.
Please retain original packaging for return shipping.

6 CHANGE OF MIND & RETURNS

Because all prints are made to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect selections.
This does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) for faulty or damaged goods.

7 CONSUMER GUARANTEES (AUSTRALIAN CONSUMER LAW)

Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the ACL.
You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they are not of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

8 INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & USE OF IMAGE

All photographs and website content are © HB Photography.
Purchasing a framed print grants you ownership of that physical item only.
You may not reproduce, scan, copy, distribute or otherwise use any image commercially without written permission.
Unauthorised use of any content is strictly prohibited.

9 PRIVACY

Personal information collected through this site is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We use third-party processors for payments and fulfilment; your data is transmitted securely via encrypted connections.

10 LIABILITY & CARE

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount paid for that order.
Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the ACL.
Avoid placing framed prints in direct sunlight or humid environments. Use appropriate wall fixings suited to your wall type; we are not responsible for injury or damage resulting from incorrect installation.

11 GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia, and any disputes are subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
